This is Kelly at age 7. I have used the Far East stack from DCWV – those papers are lovely! I also found a transparency border from Autumn Leaves that would go with it, the title is AC Thickers (my favorites!). The tag is first stamped (Daisy Bucket) and embossed with clear EP, then misted (MM) and covered with UTEE. The flowers have been dipped into melted UTEE, and somehow they got a bit hot so the edges are actually burned! The flower centers are Glue Dots Pop Dots which I dusted some Doodlebug Sugar Coating on. The nice UltraBig photo corners are wet embossed and made at Svartvik Paper. Here are a few close-ups:
