I know, I know… I have been very quiet for a while. First we got attacked by something called Christmas, then the Christmas was over and all the stuff had to be packed away again, and in January I started something that’s most exciting…

How about teaching Scrapbooking to 10 to 12 year old kids? That’s what I do a couple of hours every week now, at the local school.

I have crafted a lot, though. Here are a few of the stuff I’ve made during the last couple of months.

Kevin at the beach in July. I like to scrap these black-and-whites as they give so many options on colors. Basic Grey PP, stamps from Inkadinkado and Stampendous, Glimmer Chips from Tattered Angels and flowers from various manufacturers. Stickers and rub-ons from that bottomless drawer…

Kaknästornet in Stockholm, late October. The swirl (chipboard) is covered with Liquid Appliqué.

Kelly outside Tekniska Muséet in Stockholm.

The flower is a BossKut Daisy, cut with the Gazelle and embossed with a Sizzix Embossing Folder and then colored in with Distress Inks.

Canons outside Sjöhistoriska Muséet. I have no idea which manufacturer for the PP!

The title is made using Liquid Appliqué.

Kevin at Tekniska Muséet – THE place for 10 year old boys!

Some rub-ons simply don’t act as rub-ons…

… so I cut them out and used them as transparencies instead!

The title is cut with the Gazelle from Bazzill self-adhesive CS in white, then colored in with Glimmer Mists.

On my trip to Stockholm in October I finally got to meet Yoli – we’ve spoken on the net for so long and never met! Now we have, and we decided to sit together on the next IRL crop.

Note to Fia: please make sure the room is covered with plastic… You know, when the two of us comes together, anything can be  colored!

Kevin on the train from Stockholm in August. Bazzill CS, K&Co chipboard alphas, Tim Holtz stamps and masks, Tattered Angels Glimmer Glass and lots if Distress Inks!

The old truck is stamped using Tsukineko Memento Desert Sand – almost invisible on the nature colored handmade paper from Svartvik – but takes on the Distress Ink that was swiped over it! Looks lovely!

Aaah! We came back from Stockholm yesterday evening, and with our luggage full of goodies! We shopped some at Handarbeta on Thursday

Thank you, Sofia, for a lovely afternoon! Both me and the kids enjoyed the stop at your shop. We’ll be back again. Soon!

We spent Saturday at Gröna Lund and Aquaria, and yes, I took tons of pictures! I need to send them off to be developed ASAP.

When we came home I also had received a package from CropStop, so the pile of goodies grew! This is what I have to organize today

I need to make place for my new Staz-On and Distress Ink pads, re-organize some flowers and ribbons, try the Tim Holtz distress tool, check the color on my new embossing powder, and of course develop the photos from the trip!

Have a nice day, everyone! I know I will…
